Join us in this webinar with lead educators from GROW's first online course "Citizen Science: from Soil to Sky” #soil2sky.

In this webinar we will explore and discuss some of the results provided by participants in our course, as well as considering the wider importance of soils and cultivation techniques. Although we are sharing these results now, we would love all those who are interested in soils, growing food, and citizen science to join us. This is only the beginning of the GROW journey. During the webinar we will be taking your live questions specifically about soil, sites and growing practices.

The online course had 2000 people participating, and provided materials to make observations and measurements at growing sites across Europe and beyond.

To book your place visit our eventbrite page:

I'm going to take part - need to understand more about what I can do with GROW after the first online course, during the summer growing months.

How do I improve my soil so that my plants grow better? I live in Scotland and the growing season is so short that often by the time I get my plants in it seems the time for getting any warmth and sunshine is almost over! Any tips?

Hi Amanda, This was a great question - I hope our answers in the live webinar were helpful to you? For anyone who missed it, the link to the recording is coming soon!

I tried to get on the webinar but just could not find a link that worked to get me into the discussion.

Hi Devyn - will you be doing another one of these?

Hi Everybody, we at GROW Dundee are doing some editing to our first webinar and adding some context to make the questions and responses more accessible to the GROW wider community. Here's live link to the blog and webinar recording. Link
