Another query re sensors - this time to do with the GROW password. Email shown below.

Hi Wendy, I have successfully installed 5 of the sensors. One won’t connect so will try a new battery. However to upload the data I need to log in to GROW and unfortunately can’t find my password. Have tried resetting it but a page in French comes up and no reset email is sent. Can’t find anywhere on the website that allows a change of account details Any ideas? Thanks Wendy
