As some of you know, GROW has been running a series of fantastic online courses this year that have brought together thousands of people from all corners of the world interested in food growing, soil, citizen science, sensing and creating positive environmental change. You can now enrol for free on the next course that starts on 5th November, titled "Citizen Science: From Data to Action". Join this course to discover soil and food growing data and results generated by the citizen scientists like you who are collaborating with the GROW Observatory. You will learn to identify patterns, errors and insights that can create positive change from the local to the global, and find out about channels to take part in participatory governance.
We will also explore the potential of art to communicate complex scientific data and concepts and become one of the first to experience the work of GROW’s artist in residence.
You can watch the course trailer, read about the team of educators and sign up for free on the course page: https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/grow-from-soil-to-data/1 and feel free to share it with your networks!
