Error at communication with sensors data

Hi, i can login to my account but the last days i deal with the following error when i try to see my data.

Does anyone else have this problem too ?

Hi Chris, Yes, I got the same problem from Thursday :-(, just after setting up the first sensor on the ground. I already put that in discusion just befor your post. I can try to write this on FB too as I don't know how much people check this discussion panel.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I assume that there is a technical team about that kind of things, but i cant find the proper form/email to communicate .

I inform Pavlos about that also a few minutes ago in my email and I hope they can help us soon. as I would like to show a working platform to the community in 10 days :-)

Hi, I have checked my account today and the problem has been solved. I can see my sensors now.

My complain is that i havent got any information/feedback from Grow Team, although i have sent them an email describing my problem. Defiantly there is a lack of communication support here. I wish to be better at the future because its such a good platform.

We believe this problem is now solved. If you see it again, please wait a few minutes and refresh the page. Sometimes the problem appears temporarily.

If you email technical@growobservatory.org you will always get a response within 2-3 days. If you are using other email addresses you may not get a response.

Ditto: my-data page is down again and has been for most of the last 24hrs, at least. Sent bug report to technical, got auto-responder email saying they'll get back to me in next 2 biz days (just when i'm trying to do some analysis with this data -grrr! :-(
