Cloud error on flower power app

Dear Grow technical team Several participants here in Luxembourg have reported a cloud analysis error when connecting with their sensors in the field. I noticed it myself last wedensday. I saw other people have reported the same problem on the forum. Do you know what causes this? Please keep me informed when it is fixed so i can notify the participants over here.:-). Thank you! Hi Tania. I think you already saw my reply to your email but we are looking into this with the company that makes the sensors.

Our technical team spoke with the sensor manufacturers yesterday and think we have fixed the problem. Please could you ask your participants to try again to sync your sensor and let us know?
