Cloud error on flower power app

Dear Grow technical team Several participants here in Luxembourg have reported a cloud analysis error when connecting with their sensors in the field. I noticed it myself last wedensday. I saw other people have reported the same problem on the forum. Do you know what causes this? Please keep me informed when it is fixed so i can notify the participants over here.:-). Thank you!
