Do you believe that better food means better health ?

Although I agree with the statement that good food is likely to lead to good health we should not underestimate the effect of the sea of chemical fog in which we live our lives. Nor should we think that genetics plays no part or can even be circumvented by good food.

I agree Elisabeth genetics and environmental factors contribute but still eating good food with plenty of exercise and walks in nature will be good for our health.

Yes, I think that good food is part of the picture for overall health, just as companionship, meaningful activity, clean water etc are. Even when it comes to oneโ€™s DNA, better food must surely provide a better quality of life - think bread!
